VALLE GRAN REY
Situado en un gran barranco que nace en Arure, Valle Gran Rey se ha convertido en el principal enclave turístico de la isla de La Gomera.
El mayor atractivo del municipio son sin duda sus playas, las mejores existentes en la isla y donde la finísima arena negra se mezcla con la pureza azul de sus aguas.
- Cuenta con la playa de Vueltas, situada junto al puerto; el Charco del Conde, una pequeña bahía natural donde los más jóvenes disfrutan del baño, lugar que ha sido nombrado sitio de interés científico, forma una pequeña bahía idónea para que los niños inicien su primer contacto con el mar ; la Playa y la Puntilla, situada en la zona más al poniente y de una extensión considerable o la Playa del Inglés, quizá uno de los rincones más impactantes de la isla, donde la arena negra y la bravura de sus aguas se equilibran ante los riscos de la Mérica en un enclave natural sin comparación en las Islas Canarias.
